After having the Coppola Merlot and finding it so heavy and "oily" I expected a full cab. It is not full. It is quite light and even sweet. It's an easy dinner wine. It is not complex at all. There seems to be one or two tastes that are going on. You drink it, you taste it and that's it. No changing tastes. nothing comes in afterwards. Simple. Good wine to bring with you to a dinner party or to open when you have wine drinkers who don't drink that often. However, for the price, I would bring Guenoc or a number of others 1st. I won't buy again but would drink it if on the "menu".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amanda's take: "I liked it, not harsh, that's it!"</content><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://skramnor.com/wine/2007/07/coppola-cab.html' title='Coppola Cab'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=21521845&amp;postID=3190979464974839885' title='0 Comments'/><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://skramnor.com/wine/atom.xml' title='Post Comments'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/21521845/posts/default/3190979464974839885'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/21521845/posts/default/3190979464974839885'/><author><name>Ron E.
